Excellent 97%+ Satisfactory 95-96.9% Concern 90-94.9% Support Plan 85-89.9% Severe Absence Below 50%
Late Arrival Leave of Absence (LOA) Our Commitment
Ask parents for the reason for lateness. Record every request on the Attendance Log (School Office Teams). Every day matters.
Record repeated lateness on CPOMS. Record:
  • Child's name
  • Dates requested
  • Number of school days
  • Date of request

Monitor patterns and raise concerns where appropriate. Consider previous Leave of Absence requests made within the last three years before responding.
